Introduction of the founder:

Lin Mingjian, founder of Jucai Industrial, currently acts as the chairman of the Company. He was born in Quanzhou, Fujian, a famous hometown of oversea Chinese, and has obtained MBA degree. He is a shareholder of Jucai International, board chairman of Jianshu Machine Industry Co., Ltd., and executive director of Jianshu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.

Resume:

■  In 1989, Mr. Lin established large-scale machine business with funds raised by himself and acted as Manager. That business was engaged in sale of machine parts and fittings, and Mr. Lin was wholly responsible for its management.

■    From 1990 to 1995, he established Limited Liability Company together with other investors, and he acted as the board chairman, which was engaged in domestic and internal trade of general machines, building machines and metal products, etc.

■        In 1996, he established with other investors Jucai Industrial (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a sino-foreign joint venture. He controlled this company and acted as the board chairman, leading the management and marketing teams to successfully establish many sales service centers in Asia and a manufacture base in South China.

■       In 2005, he established a subsidiary of Jucai Industrial, i.e. Jianshu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and he acted as the board chairman, aiming to build a top-grade real estate brand.

■        In 2006, he established a subsidiary of Jucai Industrial, i.e. Jianshu Machine Industry Co., Ltd., and he acted as the board chairman.

■       In 2010, he established a joint venture with Italy FINI Company, i.e. FINI Jucai Air Compressor (Huizhou) Co., Ltd., and he acted as the board chairman.

Personal honor:

■       Mr. Lin is the Honorary Chairman of Hongshan Federation of Oversea Chinese of Shishi City, Fujian Province. He is active in public welfare undertakings and has chaired or participated in several donations for public welfare undertakings in his hometown and several schools in Fujian and other provinces.

■        He was one of the outstanding persons elected in the Third Global Chinese Enterpriser and Government Officer Forum and “Promoting Scientific Development and Constructing Harmonious Society” Program.

■        He was one of the “Outstanding Enterprisers in Harmonious Society of China” elected at the 60^th anniversary of foundation of the People’s Republic of China.

■        He was invited to the meeting of China Economic Trade Promotion Association held in the Great Hall of the People, and received interview of and a certificate of honor from Mr. Simayi • Aimaiti, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, Mr. Zhang Rongming, Vice Chairman of CPPCC, Mr. Cheng Siwei, former Vice Chairman of CPPCC and a famous economist, Mr. Sun Xiaohua, Vice Chairman of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and some other national leaders.
